Winner - do nothing
Runner-up - do nothing
3rd place - do nothing
4th place - send the winner $20
5th place - send the winner $20
6th place - send the winner $20
7th place - send the winner $20
8th place - send the runner-up $20
9th place - send the runner-up $20
